Hi. Got an Arc 1 in sorround mode with two Sonos one. Worked for 2 years like a charm.
now since 1 month sound is suddenly pausing / sound plays but is giving out jibberish.
and new is a popping sound and then the arc is not giving any more sounds. It is a very loud popping sound.
only solution is to unplug and wait and plugin again.
please help!

danke - deutsch geht auch.
mittlerweile ist der laute Knall (popping Sound) nicht mehr passiert.
hingegen habe ich leider noch oft dass es eine kurze Tonstörung gibt.
Am 23.5. 23:05 hatte ich das letzte mal den Fehler und habe sofort ein Support Daten gesendet.
