I have a Play 1 and a Play 5. The Play 1 connects wirelessly to my network but the Play 5 does not - it only works with the ethernet cable connected.

I have tried disconnecting the Play 1 and connecting the Play 5 on the wireless network, but it keeps saying password incorrect for the network(even though same password works on the Play 1 and on all my other devices).

Any ideas?

 

connect the box via lan cable and send a diagnosis, possibly the wlan module is defective.

Sonos will exchange the device for you for free, but you have to call the support hotline.
