es ist positiv, dass ihr die Möglichkeit bietet, eurem CEO Patrick Spence zu schreiben. Diesen Service habe ich in Anspruch genommen, da ich seit längerem unzufrieden mit meinem SONOS-System bin. Unten findet ihr meine E-Mail.
Leider war die automatische Antwort von "Patrick" sehr enttäuschend. Es handelte sich lediglich um eine Lobhudelei darüber, wie viel tolles Feedback ihr zur neuen App erhalten habt. Mein Anliegen wurde überhaupt nicht gesehen oder behandelt. Das ist einfach nur schlecht.

I am a long-time SONOS customer. For many years, I was genuinely happy with your products. Everything just worked. However, in recent years, this is unfortunately no longer the case. It simply does not work smoothly anymore.
I had hoped the new app would help, but unfortunately, it has only made things worse. I have been observing this situation for a long time now. Currently, it is so bad that I feel compelled to write to you. I am just completely unhappy with your products. I currently have about 15 SONOS products in use and, to be honest, if I find the time to look for an alternative, I am now on the verge of throwing them all out of the house!
There are so many things that do not work. I would like to list just a few examples here.
- First, the alarms did not work at all in the new app.
- Then you added the alarm function to the app. However, my app runs on UTC and not UTC +2. This means I have to set all alarms 2 hours earlier. Your support did not have another solution, as I cannot change the time settings in the app.
- Very often, the SONOS chime is played instead of the selected playlist or radio station.
- Often, for example with the Roam, the app claims music is playing, but the Roam itself is silent.
- Very often, with a stereo pair, only one of the two speakers plays music.
- When I create a group and try to play something, often no music comes out, then I have to separate the group, start the music individually, and then create the group again. Sometimes this works, sometimes everything stays silent again after forming the group.
- Especially frustrating is how slowly the system responds overall, how long I have to wait until something finally plays.
These are just the worst problems. I look forward to your response with concrete solutions. As it stands, the situation is unbearable. With all your updates, you have made the system almost unusable for me!
