Hi,

Sonos always used to work for both my wife and me, using the iOS app on our iphones.

We have two sonos players , one Move (via Wifi) and one Five (hardwired and connected to Sonos extender), we have also inline connector to a record playee. 
Relatively new Wifi in Switzerland with Swisscom Fiber network, with a swisscom Wifi Extender.

I have iphone 15, IOS works. My Ipad also works. 

Now, my wife upgraded to phone 16 and since then it has not worked. We have done all the things, deleetd and uploaded new app, signed in and out, rebooted the sonos app and log back in, it just does not work. Baffles me, as it is the first time  since about 2005 that the Sonos does not work.

Likely we forgot somethinbg or did something wrong, any help appreciated.
