I have been using Sonos S1 then S2 since years without problems also from my LapTop (MacBook Pro 13” now with MacOS Ventura 13.1) and could always manage my Sonos system until the latest update to MacOS 13.1.

Now the Sonos S2 freezes and is “Searching for your Sonos System”.

Is Sonos S2 compatible with Ventura MacOS version 13.1?

@Spantik7000, ich nehme an, Sie sprechen Deutsch. Deinstallieren Sie bitte den Mac Controller, starten den Mac neu und laden anschließend eine neue .dmg-Datei. Arbeitet der Controller danach wieder wie er soll?

 

Does the freezing persist after deleting the Mac Controller, rebooting the Mac, re-installing the Controller?
