I´m very disappointed and annoyed that this is how Sonos treats its customers. With the old Sonos version users could create own playlists with all titles from one CD, which with the new version isn’t possible any longer. If the former option of creating an own media library isn’t restored, I will think of turning my back on Sonos. It is very important to me to be able to access the music I have – In many laborious hours – digitalized from my old CDs, which cost a considerable amount of money. Why should I invest more money to stream the same titles via streaming services?
Again, I can only state, that I’m deeply disappointed.
