Why the Sonos website, *after* logging in, appears in German even though I have selected English as my preferred language?

Hedy, I ‘m not talking about the community website, but about my profile website. Which is in German instead of English, and which has sent me here to this forum. But anyway, I will move to the English speaking community. Thanks

@sakuragaoka2001, I see. I suppose that you are living in Germany or Austria, that’s why you’ve been sent to this forum. Your IP address enables your browser to determine your location.

The location yes, but not my mother tongue… my IP address even seems to overrule my own language preference settings… doesn’t make sense...
