Anyone here remember the Slimdevices/Logitech Squeezeboxes? They died a horrible death because Logitech stopped innovating and modernizing the Squeezebox ecosystem.
While adding Alexa support is pretty cool, that doesn't help people like me, who keep an audiophile and licensed/paid collection of personal music on cloud storage - OneDrive in my case.
So c'mon Sonos, let my buy 2-3 pairs of speakers for my house and retire my dying squeezeboxes and NAS that drives them.
Why do I use OneDrive? Because it's there anyways and I trust it. I have Office 365 and 1TB of storage is included. Besides, I can stream my music, in audiophile FLAC and Vorbis quality to my PCs, my Androids and even my old Windows mobile. Anywhere on the friggin' planet - except my living room. go figure...
Sonos is the odd one out.
But I want one. Let me buy one. Support OneDrive. It's free, it's public: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/onedrive
Just do it Sonos.
