SONOS ARC not connecting with SONY TV KD-65XF9005 (audio issue)


Dear Community / Sonos,

I bought and installed a sonos arc with sub 3 and surround speakers with no problem. System was working as expected. After the vacation I plugged on my system and the tv connection didn’t work anymore. I can listening to music. I tried everything: rebooting router, tv, arc, software updating, reinstallation of arc and tv … nothing. It’s like my sony tv and the arc hdmi/arc connection is broken … pls help. thks Antonio
